This product uses a highly concentrated resin,high content functional masterbatch * ₁that utilizes Kuraray Trading Co., Ltd.'s proprietary technology to knead antiviral and antibacterial agents into each fiber of the first layer nonwoven fabric on the outside of the mask, resulting in a long-lasting effect. * ₂

The inside of the mask, which touches the skin directly, is made of soft, comfortable nonwoven fabric, the nose bridge is made of a nose bridge to increase the degree of adhesion, and the center of the mask has a space keeper that creates a space around the mouth to reduce pressure.
It is sanitary and convenient to carry, individually packaged.

This is a highly concentrated resin for textile and molding processing that utilizes Kuraray Trading's proprietary technology, which allows various functional agents to be contained in thermoplastic resins, mainly polyolefins, at ratios as high as 30%.

Plus 1 four-layer structure

The first layer from the outside is a nonwoven fabric with antiviral and antibacterial treatment, the second layer is a strong nonwoven fabric, the third layer is a nonwoven fabric made of ultrafine fibers, and the fourth layer, which directly touches the skin, is a nonwoven fabric that feels good against the skin.
The third layer of nonwoven fabric is processed to improve particle adsorption and collection (filtration) efficiency.

The first (outermost) layer of the four-layer structure uses a highly functional nonwoven fabric with antiviral and antibacterial treatment.
Antiviral and antibacterial agents* ₁kneaded into each fiber using Kuraray Trading's proprietary technology slowly evaporate from the inside, and the effects ("antiviral processing" and "antibacterial deodorant processing" have acquired the SEK mark* _2,3) last for a long time.

This mark is issued by the Japan Textile Evaluation Technology Council (JTETC) to certify the function and safety of various highly functional textile products, such as antibacterial, deodorant, and antiviral processed products, based on tests conducted by a third-party testing organization and an evaluation of the test results by a third-party committee. S is Seiketsu, for clean, E is Eisei, for sanitation, and K is Kaiteki, for comfort. (Used as fiber products for mask materials.)
