3. Certifications and Qualifications

Kuraray Trading has acquired various certifications and qualifications to ensure the quality and safety of the products we manufacture and sell, and we strive to provide high-quality, safe and reliable products.

3. Employee Training

It is important for all employees to engage in quality-related activities to increase customer satisfaction. Based on this idea, we have been promoting education by encouraging all employees to obtain QC certification.

A wide range of people, from factory workers to sales staff, have taken the test. As a result, approximately 80% of employees have obtained Level 3 of the QC certification, which has helped to establish an awareness of quality assurance.

We have also created training videos for employees on the "Basic Concept of Quality Assurance" and "Reducing Complaints," and are promoting quality education in line with practical operations. The program has been well received by employees, who say they can study whenever they like, and more than 90% of the participants take the course each time.
