KYOWAGLAS-XA™ is a transparent acrylic resin board chemically bonded with lead compounds, and is the world's first radiation shielding material developed by Kuraray Co.
It is characterized by its high radiation shielding performance and ease of handling, and is used mainly in medical applications, but also in the nuclear power industry and in scientific instruments.

Wide variety of types
The lead equivalent is available from 0.3 mmPb to a maximum of 3.0 mmPb, allowing you to choose the lead equivalent that best suits your application.
Processability
Machining (cutting, drilling, etc.), bending, and adhesive processing are available.
Transparency
