High Performance Elastomeric Films are flexible films that use elastomers.
It has a feel similar to soft vinyl chloride and is lightweight with low specific gravity. Since plasticizers are not used, performance is highly stable and environmental impact is small. It is used as a base material for various types of tapes, laminate films, daily necessities and miscellaneous goods.
Embossed patterns can be selected according to the application. Currently, only pear pattern embossing is available, but mirror finishing is also available upon request.
The embossing process also reduces the contact area with the object, thereby reducing friction. As a result, mold release and anti-blocking performance are improved.
