KURAIN™ is an ultra-low hardness gel material.
Its thermoplasticity allows for easy molding, and its excellent moldability allows for the creation of micro-shaped molded products.
Combining high tensile strength and elasticity with a soft, natural feel like human skin, it is used in medical simulators, toys, hobby products, fitness and health products, and more.

Realization of unprecedented ultra-low hardness area
This material has an extremely soft feel similar to human skin.
The hardness of rubber is so soft that it is determined to be zero on the "Shore A hardness tester," which measures the hardness of general rubber, and when measured on the "Shore OO hardness tester," which is used to evaluate even softer materials, the hardness is in the ultra-low hardness range of approximately 0 to 30.

Excellent durability and high breaking strength
KURAIN™ is more resistant to breakage than softer materials such as silicone gel or urethane gel.
It is a highly durable material that does not spread easily even when cracked and can be used safely in environments where it is repeatedly stretched.
Environmentally friendly and excellent processability
The thermoplasticity of KURAIN™ eliminates the need for complex chemical reactions (cross-linking reactions) and allows for a high degree of processing flexibility.
Low viscosity when melted enables firm transfer of even the smallest mold irregularities. Delicate designs and complex shapes can be precisely reproduced.
Unnecessary parts such as burrs and runners generated in the manufacturing process can be recycled, making it an environmentally friendly material.
