It is a hygienic mesh belt made of polyester fiber.
Taking advantage of the mesh structure, they are used for drying, washing, draining, suction belt conveying, and other applications.

The mesh belt is available in two colors: white and blue.
The blue color is highly visible, and even if a belt is damaged and mixed in with the conveyed material, it can be detected at an early stage.

Since the material is polyester, it has the following features

Polyester mesh belt is made of polyester material, making it highly flexible and applicable to small pulleys.

Joint (endless)

  • Folded looping method (KJ-2DF): The body is folded over to form a loop, which is detachable and strong.
  • Binding and looping method (KJ-5E): Only the warp threads are folded over to create a loop, which is detachable and has few steps.
  • Endless finish (KJ-5ED): No joints, so it cannot be attached or detached, but there are almost no steps.

Edge finishing

  • Folding process: The body is folded over and sewn together.
  • Urethane welding process: Reinforced with urethane sheets.

V-guide installation process to prevent meandering

  • V-guide installation process: V-guide is installed to prevent meandering of the belt.
  • Spill prevention guide installation process: A ⊥-shaped guide is installed to prevent cargo spillage due to inclined conveyance, etc.

Improving the efficiency of manufacturing processes in the food industry

Traditionally, mesh structured belts have been used in the food industry, but metal (stainless steel) mesh belts have been widely used in terms of durability and heat resistance.

However, metal mesh (stainless steel mesh) poses the risk of metal fragments getting mixed in with foodstuffs or processed products, and for safety reasons, many are switching to polyester mesh belts.
The polyester mesh belt is also lightweight, making replacement work more efficient.
