Customization for optimal performance
The greatest advantage is that it can be customized to meet performance requirements.
For example, in the steel industry, where sharp steel plates are transported, a special thick woven polyester fabric with excellent durability and rigidity is used for the core. The cover material covering the surface is made of VECTRAN™, a high-strength fiber, to enhance cut resistance and achieve high durability and long life.
For transporting easily damaged products such as aluminum materials, a woven polyester fabric with excellent flexibility and bendability is used for the core. The cover material is made of CLARINO™, a man-made leather with high impact resistance (cushioning), to prevent damage to the material being transported.
Thus, the combination of the core and various covering materials to meet various applications and performance requirements is the greatest feature.

Run-out inspection conveyor
Special polyurethane cover material is recommended to reduce adhesion of foreign matter (belt shavings) to products being conveyed.
By using different polyurethane cover materials with various characteristics, we are able to optimize the required performance.
Stacking conveyor
To prevent adhesion between the steel plate and the belt due to oil adhesion and to prevent the belt from breaking, we recommend belts with a surface material that is a composite of embossed polyurethane and VECTRAN™, a cut-resistant material.
Scrap Conveyor / Small Conveyor (Minicon)
We recommend belts with VECTRAN™ , which has excellent cut resistance, as a covering material.
Belt for bucket elevator
We offer bucket elevator belts for rice milling, wheat milling, flour milling, and other applications that are food sanitation compliant.
