Widely used for unit packaging of various drugs.
Not only can work be performed without direct contact with the contents, but also weighing work can be simplified at the time of use by pre-measuring and filling processing.

Pesticide unit packaging

In Japan, it is widely used for packaging of throw-in herbicides for paddy rice (jumbo herbicides), and overseas, it is widely used for packaging of hydrating agents such as insecticides and fungicides.
Jumbo agents are applied directly to the paddy fields. The hydrating agent is diluted in water in a tank or other container.
In both cases, the contents do not come into direct contact with the hands, making it possible to work safely.

Seed tape

Water-soluble Poval film is slit into strips, on which vegetable and other seeds are adhered at equal intervals and processed into paper twists.

Water soluble base material

Water-soluble Poval film is a water-soluble base material that can be used as a support or intermediate layer for various molded products.

It plays a role in temporarily supporting the structure and assisting in the separation of layers during the molding process, and can be easily removed by dissolving in water.

In the water hydraulic transfer process for decorating three-dimensional curved surfaces, Water-soluble Poval film, pre-printed with patterns such as wood grain patterns, is used as a support for the process of transferring the printed layer developed on the water surface onto the subject.

Embroidery base cloth

It can be used for direct embroidery on Water-soluble Poval film or as reinforcement when embroidering on fabrics with poor dimensional stability.
After the embroidery process, only the Water-soluble Poval film is cleanly removed by rinsing with water.
