HYBRAR™ is a unique styrenic thermoplastic elastomer with a vinyl-polygene structure in the soft block.
Compared to conventional thermoplastic elastomers, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of softblock is higher, and it exhibits excellent vibration damping performance in the temperature range close to room temperature.
HYBRAR™ has both an unhydrogenated and a hydrogenated pattern. The unhydrogenated pattern has double bonds and can be cross-linked, while the hydrogenated pattern has excellent weather and heat resistance characteristics and is compatible with polypropylene.
Its flexibility and transparency are used in films and tubes as a substitute for soft PVC.
